As with any site, good soil compaction and site investigation is still paramount in the foundation design soil interaction in the standard design of the system is based on the soil bearing capacity 2500PSF.

If undesirable soil characteristics are encountered, we can employ Geo-Textiles, Micro-Piles or any soil stabilization method to meet any need. The engineering team at MOD BLOK will work closely with the soil data to provide recommendations for the most efficient foundation design. The post tensioned system will allow for flexibility in a seismic event.
